What is KanBan

The core of the method
Kanban board is a surface with cards fixed to it. Every card is an exact assignment for an exact employee. Every single card belongs to one of three columns: “Not started”, “In progress”, “Awaiting approval”. The desk is divided into lines across: every single employee has own card. Cards are moved by an employee or by a manager.
Thanks to the Kanban method every manager has always a complete vie of the work process: what is in progress right now, what has been already done and what should be done.
